Is there a way to set Out of Office for the calendar, but not for mail? I have a user that will be checking his mail while traveling, but needs his calendar to show that he his busy/away so no one will try to schedule a meeting for him.

Subject: Out of Office and Calendar
just create an All Day event on the calendar that repeats for each day the user is out. This will make that user busy for that time.
