We changed the Out of Office agent on the Master email template to have it respond to outside clients every hour instead of every 6 hours. Since then users recieved a message to turn off their OOO. But in many cases it was never turned on or it was already shut off. We disabled the agent on the servers and on the clients but continue to get the message. Any suggestion ?? We used windows XP, Vista and 7 the servers run sbs 2003
