Hi Alli have this very weird problem.one of my user when he sends and email sometimes he cant find the sent mail in the sent view and that mail is also not gone to the original reciepient. Mail routing is working perfectly assume if he sends me and email and cc it to him self he would recieve it in his inbox but sometimes i will not recieve it hence he wil not find it in send view as well… any rough idea any body why is it happeing and what to do in this regard

Did you check his location ? Does he use the Office location and not the Disconnected one ? Is the “Mail File Location” field set to “On Server” and not “Local” ?
You can also make a test and choose the “Trace Entire Path” option when he sends a mail, to see where the mail is blocked.
