Reccently a number of our users have started to complain that their old calendar entries have been disappearing. They use these for historical purposes and I cannot find anything that is causing this. They are not archiving or deleting them and there are no agents in the mail file that would account for this that I am aware of.
Has anyone seen this or know of a cause/solution?

I don’t know – 3 months sounds a lot like 90 days, which is the box-stock archive period. I’d check up on that “not archiving” thing…

Never mind. The user in question lied to me. He actually had archived his mail file and didn’t tell me.
