Our Address Book Can't conevert from R4 to R6

Dear all,

Please help, our user can’t using personal address book. I tried convert to R6, OSD is 43.

but user can’t uses his/her address book to send email, it display error message: ‘Attempt to use an invalid database pointer’

Subject: Our Address Book Can’t conevert from R4 to R6

Check the personal address book specified in the user preferences on the Notes client to make sure it is pointing to the right database.

If this is correct, then try creating a new personal address book from scratch and reconfiguring it.
