Hi,
i experience this just now, when my users send email through the Internet and make cc to notes users, the recepient from the internet received the cc email address as below:
Anthony_V_Ignacio/sycip@sycip.com (wrong format)
The recepient supposed to be received the internet equivalent address as avignacio@sycip.com (right format)
This is true to all my lotus users clients. How can I able to fix it?
Thanks

You need to check out the Global Domain document, look under “Local part formed from: = Short name” and “Domino domain(s) included: = None”

I’ve done that sir, but still the problem is there. Below is a test sample I sent from lotus notes client to the yahoo internet.
To: user@yahoo.com
CC: Anthony_V_Ignacio/domainname@IBM.com
Subject: am test 2
From: user@IBM.com Add Mobile Alert
Date: Fri, 4 Apr 2008 09:43:37 +0800
As you notice only my notes email is converted to internet email (only the sender converted successfully), whereas my co-worker which he’s email specified in cc was not converted as standard internet email. This is true who ever notes users I will place in cc lists. Thanks

Hello,we have the same problem, but I found solution in this forum. If you remove the content of the Domain field in the person document in names.nsf it will work.
I do not know if there are any draw backs doing this - I just made the change today.
