Intermittently, controls in the Inbox will fail to respond. Example, if you search, returning a long list of messages, you cannot click in the scroll bars (or scroll arrows) to navigate up or down in the view. You can use the keyboard arrows to scroll up/down one line by one line.
This condition will remain until the user closes the inbox window. Upon reopening the window, the expected functionality is reinstated.
Unable to find the trigger for this failure, but it does occur several times per day.

This is a known issue tracked by SPR#SLAE7GMCWM.As currently we have not a specific steps to reproduce this issue,our development team still need some logs from you.Could you please modify a file firstly?(the guide posted below)

Edit ~/Library/Application Support/Lotus Notes Data/Expeditor/Application/.config/rcpinstall.properties
Add lines in the file to enable corresponding log:
com.ibm.rcp.csiviews.viewpart.level=FINEST
com.ibm.rcp.csiviews.viewers.level=FINEST
