Are applets in Notes supported now?

Hi EricGreat your in the community still! I know you’re eager to make another shut at the Mac Java implementation.
Wouldn’t the cocoa based swt in Eclipse 3.5 be an ideal target for such a work? Now mix in the which release of Notes will be based on that work and voilà! you’ve got a candidate 
It’ll be around Notes 9-/10-ish?
