OS X: Pop Mail Routing Error

I forwarded a http based mail to my business address via a pop account. The replicator shows an on going error…The log has got this msg:

Please check 1. if pop3 mail server is running? 2. is it running with SSL enabled? 3. Is the account newly created or it used to work before? If no problem so far please add to Notes.ini ‘Pop3clientDebug=1’ with ‘Debug_Outfile=filename’ to capture the transaction dialog see if you are allowed to log in.
