I am working on Domino Workflow tool. In my application on web a document got created using (OS ERRORLOG) form.Can anyone let me know what can be the reason for this.
This is very urgent.

May be it couldn’t find next activity owner.Domino Workflow gives you more information in case of such errors right? What do you find in log.nsf at the time when OS ERRORLOG document got created?
