Every time he reply or forward a message, the original message is disappear from inbox automatically. then it can be found at all messages folder. it look move there.
Any body have experience with this ? How to solve it ?
I already work around with user preferences, but i cannot find any setting related to this. Or maybe i miss some setting. I check also he don’t have any rules that do that.
we set all user as roaming user. they use lotus notes7, windows 2000, connected to active directory.
sometime I refresh their replication, and it works. but will happen again a few days later. i think this is not the solution.
I also refresh their profiles, sometime it works and solve problem. but a few days or weeks later, happen again the deletion every reply/forward.

Check your column sorting.
Because replied to/forwarded email has a display icon, and this is displayed in a sortable column, if it’s sorted the mails look like they’re vanishing, when really they’re hiding at the top of the view.
Take off the sorting, and hey presto, as if by magic…
