Hello Notes gurus,We have couple of domino servers version 5 and one version 6(Recently migrated).
We currently have ServerName1…ServerNameN/OrgUnitName/OrgOld names. Now after merging, our management wants the servers to be renamed(Domino Org Name) to ServerName1…ServerNameN/OrgUnitName/OrgNew.
We have one webserver, one mail server, one application server.
As much as I know some of the applications uses author field(with Org name), there may be more applications which have domino org name embedded.
So what are the real world practice to change the org name and the applications to take the new domino org name in effect?
Is there any checklist or any resources that is easier to follow?
