OpenSocial Updates

Hi,

I am trying to activate the “Updates” in Lotus Notes 9.0.1.

I followed the step described here: IBM Connect2014 JMP106 | PPT http://de.slideshare.net/TJ31324/jmp106?from_search=33

Now I am getting this failure:
container.js.window.init_GET_CONTAINER_TOKEN

in Log and Trace Viewer:
CLPEE6017W: Error preloading the gadget at https://connections.xxxx.de/connections/resources/web/com.ibm.social.as/gadget/ActivityStreamNotes.xml https://connections.citamik.de/connections/resources/web/com.ibm.social.as/gadget/ActivityStreamNotes.xml {“message”:“An error occurred fetching a container token.”}

Anyone an idea what I am missing?

Subject: Yes

Hello Ryan,

yes, after playing around a bit I get this failure…SSL problem?

What am I able to do?

Ingo

Subject: Probably The Managed Account

Which one specifically are you seeing? Depending on which error your seeing we will have to look at different things. However in either case there is probably something wrong with the managed account you configured and pushed via policy in the security settings document.

Subject: Which Specific Error

Which specific error are you seeing in the logs?

Is it this one
CLPEE2012E: An error occurred obtaining a security token to access the server. java.io.IOException
or this one:
CLPEE2012E: An error occurred obtaining a security token to access the server. java.net.UnknownHostException

Did you check that the managed account is configured and being passed down to the client?

Subject: Already did

Hi Steve,

I already checked the cookbook. But all configuration hints regarding the failure number “CLPEE6017W” seem to be right…

Subject: Other Errors In The Logs?

Are there other errors in the logs around fetching a security token? Perhaps

CLPEE2012E: An error occurred obtaining a security token to access the server. java.io.IOException

or

CLPEE2012E: An error occurred obtaining a security token to access the server. java.net.UnknownHostException

Subject: Check the OpenSocial Cookbook

Subject: Same problem

Im looking forward to any solutions
