We have a user who receives this error several times in a day. It happens when the mouse wheel is used to scroll down the list of emails in her inbox. The preview pane is open as well.
They have to exit and open their mail file to work around the message. I’ve done some research but haven’t found anything on this particular error.
I have the same issue with a small base of users also.
Win7 (32bit) and Notes 8.5.1 with FP2 installed.
It doesn’t seem to be with all builds as my own and others don’t have this issue.
Any causes?
I attempted a reinitialization of client (resetting the notes.ini) and it seemed to go away for about 2 days. But since I did that, Zipmail causes this password prompt to come up. pandora’s box?
I have the same issue, running the full Eclipse 8.5.1 client on Windows 7 x64. I’d never been able to pin down what triggered it but I believe the poster is correct, it does seem to happen when scrolling with the mouse.
I have two users having the same issue. Both are running 8.5.1 on Vista 32-bit. It only happens when scrolling through mail with the preview pane open. Closing out of mail and then going back seems to be a workaround for the time being. Just a new annoyance.
