A delegate has access to all calendars in the department. Each time she opens another persons calendar, she is presented with “No Help About document is available for this database”. The delegate has Read access to all calendars. It happens each time she opens the same calendar. This behaviour is unexpected and does not happen with other delegates or previous versions. I upgraded her client to 8.5.1 but it did not affect the message.
Any idea what I could do to correct this? Thank you, Cheryl
