Open or preview certain email cause lotus notes to crash

This problem exist in 8.5, 8.5.1 and 8.5.2.Many of my users can’t open one or two emails, when they try to open it or even just preview it in the preview pane, will cause their lotus notes to crash or stop responding.

I copied the email to my inbox, and I also can’t open the email, had to kill my lotus notes.

The email can be viewed in the webmail or from outlook.

Any suggestions?
