Open New Popup Window

HI I am working in a web based application.My problem is there is a button.And i want ,when i will click on that button it will open a new popup window.

I have written the following code.

But its not working.

Pls suggest me,where i m wrong.

Its urgent.

Try entering the complete URL like “http://Servername/fintranet/management.nsf/PendingUsers?openform”. That shud workWhere are you writing this Code ? IN a form or page ?
