This is a question on 8.5 client.Server is 8.5 and client is 8.5. Migrated user from 6.5 and the user’s rules are not functioning.
Any Suggestions?
Subject: Have you updated the db design and the ODS?
If you have, I would strongly recommend opening each rule and resaving them, just to rule out any design update issues.
