The application running on Citrix server and user can open the mail attachment in Notes client but unable to open it in Web environment receive the error “an application to open this document cannot be found”. If they can save the file in local drive and open but wont be able to open it prompting for server but when map the right server again it will not open the mail attachment.Can anyone help?

Normally means the associated file type is not defined for your web browser or there is a problem with the file it’s trying to lauch. I’ve had cases where pdf files work fine with Lotus Notes and if you launch Adobe first but when started through the browser it gave an error. I ultimately reinstalled Adobe and it cleared the problem.

server was not configured for mailing when the link was clicked it was checking from development server to citrix server and also require a common inbox
