Open documents from view in same frame

I have a Notes application, which consists of 2 frames in a frameset. On the left side is a frame which includes the navigation outline with all links to views and forms. On the right side is a frame which should show the content of what has been selected in the navigation frame.I have some links on the left frame which open up views in the right frame.

WHAT I HAVE:

When a User opens up a document from within the view in the right frame, it opens up the document in a new tab within the Notes client.

WHAT I WANT:

When a User opens a document from within a view which is located in the right frame, it should open up in the same right frame by replacing the view.

I want to avoid that opening existing documents from a view opens up new tabs in the Notes client.

Is there a possibility to configure a view that way, that documents will open up in a defined frame?

I hope everything is described explicit enough, otherwise please ask.

I am looking forward for any help.

Thanks in advance.

Subject: View Option for declaring the target frame

I finally found the option for defining the target frame for documents opend in a view: In the designer is the object-pane, in which you need to select the view object. In the view object you can find in the forth and fifth position the options “Target Frame (single click)” and “Target Frame (double click)”.Just enter the name of the frame you want that documents are opend in and here you are.
