I opened a notes document using the Previe in Internet Explorer action. The url was http://micohq/ecustomer.nsf/058EEEC5BCA11E34482570BC002511AB/D6F0CA026B75BD12482570D6002ABA47?OpenDocument

how did notes came up with the unique identifier “058EEEC5BCA11E34482570BC002511AB/D6F0CA026B75BD12482570D6002ABA47”?
