Open attachments directly from view?

If a document has only one attached file, is there a way to open this attachment directly from a view without opening the document itself?

As a second best solution, I tried creating a dialogbox presenting only the interesting part of the document with the attachment, but the dialogbox display does not react to double clicking on the attachment icon.

Thanks in advance for any input here.

Subject: Launch first attachment.

try Auto Launch “-First Attachment-” property of the form.You sould consider adding logic on QueryOpen and PostOpen for creating documents with that form and editing it from users.
