Same document from 2 emails using the same account, but one can be opened, but one cannot. The attachment properties are different in open format
format of cannot open attachement is ‘XLS?OPENELEMENT file’
format of can be opened attachemnt is ‘Microsoft Excel worksheet’
Can anyone tell me how to set the correct format? Thanks!
