All our server are on 8.5 or 8.5.1. Most of our users are on 8.5.1 with 8.5.1 mail template. I read in a red book that its OK to set the OOO as a service in mixed mail templates environments (From IBM red book…P242 http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks/pdfs/sg247506.pdf ) . Also the IBM site states that there’s a known bug with synchronising OOS with a Blackberry device with the fix being not to enable the service on a server that has BES users mailfiles on it. We have also been told that it will be fine so long as the users only set the OOS from their Notes client -can anyone shed any light?? Much appreciated, Anne
