OOO not working

hi,

I have a problem with ooo-agent , I can’t manage it in several systems (6.5, 6.51, 5.09)

in all systems:

  • users are in a group which has execution rights for restricted agents

  • agent not modified by user

  • server restarted (have seen the problem with server running more than 100days)

  • user manager in mailfile

→ doesn’t work.

so I tested it with an admin id which is allowed to do everything, and get:

any ideas?

& for normal users: is restricted access not enough for this agent?

I don’t think it’s a “rights” problem, did you check the fields of the OOO document to check if there is no big fields ? maybe you put a big text in response of the OOO ?

Reads like (alternative to sounds like) that the server is having a memory problem. Does it have the problem with any type of agent? Are you using the default mail template?

usually memory allocation is not relative to user right to run restricted or unrestricted agents.
