I have a user who came back from vacation and disabled the OOO. Or so they thought. They then received the reminder email telling them to disable. The user went back in and saw that the OOO was now enabled again, it is not sending out the OOO though. This keeps occuring and I am unable to figure out why this occurring. Any ideas at all were be very helpful. TIA.
This happens to us every so often. I either use Notes Designer to disable the agent or I use DWA (sign in as the user) and disable the OOO agent - it works.
If this user has editor access to the mailfile then you will need a 6.5.4 or above client running on a 6.5.4 or above Domino server for the user to be able disable the OOO themselves.
If they have maanger access then they need to be in the appropriate group on the security tab of the server doc.
