I’m having an issue with OOO sending messages to everyone I receive emails from…sender A emails me and gets the OOO message and because I’m such a dedicated employee if I reply to sender A and they then also respond, they get another OOO message. I thought it was only supposed to send it once per recipient during the OOO duration?
Our servers are 8.5.2, client is 8.5.2 and the OOO is set to Service in the configuration documents…am I missing something?
It sounds like the agent properties may have gotten changed from On Schedule to On Event → Before New Mail Arrives or After New Mail Arrives. I’d check that first.
