I have auser that had ooo issues, so I upgraded his client and database to match the Domino Server at 7.02. This did not resolve the issue.
I verified the user had ooo agent enabled using the Designer tool and looking at the status of the shared agent.
When I look at the Admin tool, Server tab | Status, and look under Schedules | Agents, I do not see this users ooo agent as active. I verified the ooo scedule and set it for 15 minutes.
Thanks Gregg, but no luck. The switch was not selected. I toggled it anyway (Domino thing). When I do the tell amgr sched command, the users agent is not listed. Any other ideas?
I found that when I exited the agent in designer, I received the following error message “unable to determine the schedule for the agent manager”.
I discovered that in my agent properties schedule options, I was referenceing a server to run the agent on. The syntax was “server.domain.com”. When I changed the server name to the Domino hierarchal name “mail/ou/o” the agent started in the schedular.
