Only asked for password

Just upgraded my users to R8.5.1

I have one user whose login box is different from the normal Lotus Notes screen (“normal” meaning a box which includes Username, Password and Location options).

This screen comes up and at the top says

Enter the password for Jane User/MyDomain

Then Enter password and a white box to enter the password.

The username is correct, but it offers no way to change the location and/or username (location is not shown and username is in the title bar).

Any ideas?

Not sure where I’d look for an extension manager? Not even sure what that is! :slight_smile:

Subject: Shouldn’t be the cause, but…

Have you checked in File/Preferences/Basic Client Configuration/Additional Options…there is an option for “Prompt for location on startup”
