One more domino 8.5.2/BES Question

I am testing out BESx for Domino on a seperate server that our primary mail server. So far, any issues have been from a domino network setup, as this addition is our first additional mail server to our network. So, even though this last item on my issue list is, what I believe to be a BES issue, I’m going to ask here anyway.

ALL Notes emails are being synced to my bb phone. But, they are all marked as read/opened on the phone.

Is there anything from a Notes/Domino end that may be causing this?

Subject: Person Doc

in case anyone else experiences this issue, I found that in order for BES to properly update email statuses, the user’s CN name (FirstName LastName/NotesDomain) must be the first name listed in username field of the user’s person doc.
