I have a user complaining that they are receiving two email messages sometimes. I review the sender’s mail file and the address was not duplicated (sent twice) so I start looking at the messages in the recipients mail file. They look identical except for the values in $TUA. The original email was not a response, but a single new document.
Any idea’s?
