One client receiving NoClassDefFoundError

I have a Notes DB (designed in Notes 7)that I have imported the necessary java package. There is one Notes 8 user that is receiving the NoClassDefFoundError. There are numerous other Notes 8 and 7 users that are using the database without any issues. Are there perhaps any client settings that need to be enabled? We tried disabling our own Java entries in our user preferences but are unable to reproduce the error.

Thank you Emilio. The problem was that the notes.jar file was not in the c:\lotus\domino\jvm\lib\ext\ directory.
