We have an existing domino server onsite on our office and we have created an offsite domino server to be used for our disaster recovery. They have different domain name (mx record). How are we going to give an access the Offsite server on our onsite email databases?

I think you can do it be creating an Adjacent Domain document on the production server, cross certifying the with the backup, and then creating a Connection document to setup the replication. You may want to test first.
