Office&Explorer SendTo problem - MAPI

Hello all,

When I try to send my office documents from Office2000 by using notes client(File->Send->As Attachment),it gives error message “WinMan Error” and “Database has not found”. I made all the MAPI settings as described on Notes Help. (First install office with outlook and then install notes client…made the settings… )But nothing is changed.

notes gives the same error from explorer too.

(same error on 5.0.9)

Does anyone have any idea?

We use MAPI quite a bit and we currently are using 6.01. We have used 5.0.10 successfully as well. If you haven’t changed your settings in IE you need to do the following. Can’t tell if you did this from your post.

Open IE and go to the tools menu and select Internet Options. Select the programs tab and set all applicable drop down boxes to Lotus Notes. If you haven’t done this, this will probably solve your problem.
