We’ve been trying to get additional, federated calendars to show up on our Blackberrys without success.
We’re testing with 8.5.1 FP2 Std clients. The “view this calendar when offline . . .” box is checked on the calendar options.
Our Domino servers are 8.0.2 and our BES server is 4.1.7.
I’m not finding much information on implementation requirements for this feature. Do we need to upgrade the Domino/BES servers?
Any ideas?

Subject: Is the mailfile design updated with the template from the 851 build?
Subject: Yes . . .
Notes clients tested are using StdR85Mail.
Subject: Specifically should be the 8.5.1 template
Subject: Mail file properties/design tab

Is this correct?

Is this the correct template designation?

Subject: Would you mind telling what type of calendar you federated
Is it google, ics etc?
Subject: Calendars tested . . .
We tried Google, user client (8.5.1), and an old R5-6 team calendar.
Thanks for your response.

Subject: Can you see the entries in the basic client?
hi, ken - if you hold down the Alt and Ctrl keys, Open → Calendar, you will see the calendar displayed in the basic client. Are you able to see those federated entries from there?
I’d like to collect some trace from you, please sent it to Anne_Wang@us.ibm.com and we can continue from there:
- add the following lines to <data_dir>/workspace.config\rcpinstall.properties file (for example: C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace.config\rcpinstall.properties file)
com.ibm.rcp.csiviews.level=FINE
com.ibm.notes.offline.providers=FINEST
com.ibm.common.services.gdata=FINEST
start the client, launch calendar
please take a screen shot of the calendar view (including the navigator)
shut down the client, and send me this log directory: <data_dir>\workspace\logs (for example: C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\logs)
Thanks.
