Object Variable not set error

Hello,

One of our users when he clicks on a shortcut icon in notes 6.5( say the inbox shortcut ), he gets the following error message" Object variable not set.

Has any seen this message before and was able to resolve? Would this be something that the was did?

There are many reasons this could be happening, however it is typically a design problem. Go to www.lotus.com/support and do a search in Lotus Domino and see which scenario comes closest to your issue.
