Object variable not set - Error in Tools -> Preferences

we just upgraded our servers to 7.0.2 and we’re now testing the dwa7 template. One of our test users gets an “Object variable not set” error when clicking OK to exit out of the Tools → Preferences dialog. Most of the settings can still be changed via the preferences dialog and work, except for the new Message Marking → Recipients options -All others seem to work fine.

Any clues would be great.

Turn on the debugger at the user’s desk, and watch what is going on when the error comes up. That should provide you with the clue you need.

Have you guys modified the mail template?

Hello Ben,1. replace database desing

  1. delete calendarprofile

this should fix your problem.

LS to delete all profiles

Sub Initialize

Call col.RemoveAll(True)

Keep in mind, user should check all his Tools-> Preferences settings after that
