Nupgrade doesn't work

I have to convert .pst file to .nsf

With lotus notes 7 client, it’s OK but that doesn’t work with lotus notes 8.5.1 version…

All my clients are using 8.5.1 version and I would like to use nupgrade with that version.

When I execute nupgrade, nothing happen…

Somebody can help me??

Subject: Same problem

I have the same problem.MS Windows 7 64bit, MS Outlook 2010 and Lotus Notes 8.5.

I tried to nupgrade with option 3, and follow the process, and in the middle of the process it stop and failed.

Then I run scanpst with the pst file, repeat the process still stop and failed.

Then I run compact the pst file, repeat the process still stop and failed.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I found the problem, you have to re-install Lotus notes with “Migration tools”

Try it!
