Nupdate.exe fails - find corrupt index

I am experiencing a problem with mu nupdate.exe task failing 5 minutes after I reboot the server.If I turn off the Full Text Indexing the nupdate.exe does not fail. Of course it does not fail as it is not performing any indexing. If I turn the indexing on then it fails in 5 minutes. Is there an easy way to delete all the indexes on the server as I do not know which index it is failing on.

For discart any view indexes try to use compact task with -D parameter.
