Hello, The application was designed is on the app server, the thing is when the users open the database, the template database also opened in the users workspace, (the application is still needed to inherit design modification from template).
Is there any way to make users open application database without open template database?

Very strange…try this.
Make a DB copy of the NTF. Change the template name on the design tab of the NTF as well as the Inhert name on the associated NSF. Also make sure the Designer task does not run by default at 1:00am. I never let Design run on a production server.

Hi Dick, I have tried to change the template name on the design tab of the NTF as well as the Inhert name on the associated NSF . The problem is still there.
I found when I click the Link in the outline, the NTF db will be opened in the workspace. the link is open the NTF database, but the thing is I changed the link path to another database (“CN=Dom_Svr_1/OU=Telesat/O=CASOC!! Apps/Child Access/childAccessVisits.nsf”), I was wondering why it is still keep to open two databases?(before NTF and Now NSF)
