[nserver:04d0] is not a Notes process - when running NSD.exe -kill

Running into a strange problem trying to terminate a server using NSD. The server is W2k running 6.5. When I run nsd.exe - which I execute from the data directory I get:WARNING (0): [ nserver:04d0] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [nreplica:0854] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ nldap:093c] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ nupdate:08c0] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ nsmtp:094c] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ntmmscan:0914] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [nrepscan:092c] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ntmmscan:0924] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ namgr:09b4] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ namgr:09c4] is not a Notes process

WARNING (0): [ nhttp:0934] is not a Notes process

ERROR (0): No notes processes seem to be running

and no processes are terminated.

I’m logged in as an (NT) Administrator of the box.

If anyone has a good explanation I’d really appreciate it.

Subject: never mind, figured it out myself…

The NT group security policies weren’t granting the debug priv.
