NSD Running hangs client

User gets NSD is running on a Citrix system hangs the machine completely, the NSD does not appear until the user types in to the body field of a new email. He can type in the address & subject fields & receive emails OK the problem arises when sending.Done all the normal stuff new

names.nsf

desktop.ndk

notes.ini

bookmark.nsf

ETC but it still occurs any ideas
