NSD Help Please

I receive an NSD error: NULL OBJECT HANDLE everytime I open a certain view with a database. Once the red box comes up, any key presents the NSD error box with the file name displayed and then Notes is shut down.

The server is 6.0 the database is ODS 43.

I have looked at the log created and can’t understand what can be causing the error.

How do I find out what process is causing the problem. I shouldn’t need to disable NSD on 100+ users.

Nor should you disable NSD. When you contact Customer Support for this problem they might ask for the NSD log file. They can use the information to assist in determining the cause of the problem.

Have you tried rebuilding the views?
