Has a fix been created to prevent NSD.exe from hanging during online of Domino services due to scanning locked files in cluster directories? Alternatively, is there a method to restrict what NSD is able to scan? If yes to either, what versions or patch is required?

try adding the line
nodirlist=1
to nsd.ini which is in the data directory. Create the file if it doesn’t already exist.
