Hellow good people,
Everytime a user closes his notes client (version 6), he receives an error …NSD is running…A log file is saved on the data folder but does not contain useful info.
Any idea how to approach this ?

Subject: Possibilities
This is an understandable predicament and that many users of NSD data face. I can empathize having worked several years with NSD output. It is just that output of varying collection tools.
As though it may not be useful to you, it may be more useful to someone else and answer questions that narrow the scope of the problem.
Such as you only gave a general version of the client. The nsd has the specific version of the client stored within it’s result. In this case the specific version of NSD may help as well as it may be a version that is reacting to another program when the notes client is closed.
Also, keep in mind NSD updates are designed to be compatible with prior versions.
Another avenue is to download the Lotus Notes Diagnostic Tool (LNDT)

For certain problem types its search capabilities will be able to get you to a solution quickly. As well it contains a more organized approach for reviewing data in the NSD.
