What is NSD error in Lotus notes?How to send NSD log to IBM for analysis?
We are getting NSD error while opening particular email.Same problem is occuring on other PCs.That means there must be problem from sender side,is it true?
What could be the problem at sender end and how we can explain them to resolve the issue?

Is this only happening on machine with a local replica of the Domino Directory?
Check and see if you can tell from the screen if it is performing a consistency check on the local replica of the domino directory.
Also has any user reported getting a java script error that causes Notes to crash and then cannot re open because of this error?
Try deleting the local replica of the Domino Directory from the Data folder and then reopening Notes.

NSD error on all PCs but for only particular Mail.There are no local replicas created on Local.All are configured to acces thru Server.No Java Script error is appearing.
