NSD error when printing

I have a user that gets the NSD error once or twice a month when trying to print an email. It locks up their system. Any ideas?

We have updated the printer driver, but the problem keeps coming back.

We see this problem in our Active Directory, and a solution could be naming the printer with the FQDN.

currently it is only affecting one user within a group of users who use the same printer.
