NSD Does not capture during Server Auto reboot

Hi All,

when ever my server crashes during auto boot NSD is unable to capture the information for the crash… Could anyone help me to solve it

When you say unable…no NSD file in the DATA\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT directory?

only partial NSD info?

no info is available in this dierctory when auto reboot happens.

It’S bizzare, it’s suppose to be by default

Look here, maybe you can reconfigure the NSD process
