We have 2 Rooms in the Resource Reservation database- Room A1 and Room A2. These 2 rooms are connected and the users can reserve them separately (just A1 or just A2 or they can reserve both of them (A1 and A2).
I’d like to be able to Notify a group if both of the rooms are reserved - OR - would be happy to be able to notify a group if either room is reserved. We need ‘setup’ time on both ends of the meeting if both rooms are reserved. I’m thinking the easiest way is to nofity the group in charge of the ‘room setup’. Another Option to to change the message that is sent when these rooms are reserved to let the reserver know they need to contact someone to set up the room. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank You.
