Notification for calendar entry stops when finishing notes?

must be a simple question:

I created a reminder (or To Do), with a notification.

The alarm comes up, I choose “snooze” for “20 minutes”.

After 20 minutes - fine - alarm comes up again, “snooze” for another "20

minutes".

Finished notes, went home, come back the next day, start notes: no alarm

appears!

Looking into the online help I found:

{]Note{] If you exit Notes before the alarm triggers again, Notes

clears the alarm.

Is that true? I should not be reminded the next day??!!

I cannot believe this!

Yes this is true. If you snooze you lose! If you have clicked the snooze and then shut down notes it will not remind you when you re-authenticate. This feature has worked like this since I can remember. If you snooze and then plan to shut down, you would need to create a new alarm for the next morning.

Hi,

I found, how to make Notes notify again:

First select the document(s) in the calendar view or open it. Hold + and select “Actions\Move to folder”. Choose the “($Alarms)” folder.

As you see you have to remind yourself first to make Notes notify again. This also works, if you want to move a calendar entrie you´ve been notified yet to the future and get again a notification.
